Six rooms. One ledger.

The journal is not a spreadsheet dump. Each room answers a different question about the trader who took the trade.

Dashboard

Is the block improving?

Process score, expectancy per trade, rule-bound win rate, and plan adherence. Demo numbers in the prototype; production binds them to the live book.

Journal

What actually filled?

Instrument, side, size in R, setup tag, and a short note. Off-plan fills stay visible so they cannot be memory-holed.

Sessions

How did the day open and close?

Open note, trades, net R, review status. A session can be green on P&L and red on process.

Playbook

What is allowed today?

ORB after a hold. VWAP pullback. Forbidden: first tick on news, add after two scratches. Grok is not allowed to invent a third setup.

Psychology lab

Where did the hand slip?

Impulse extras, tilt flags, rule-bound streak. The lab measures the person, not the tick.

Grok

What does the book say back?

Chat 0.5 · brief 1 · review 2 · screenshot 2.5. Credits sit in the sidebar. No API call without an active plan or pack.

Brokers stay outside the password store

GitHub · Cloudflare Pages · PayPal · xAI · SnapTrade · IBKR Flex · MT5 EA · accountability group (process only). Broker passwords are never stored. This prototype keeps accounts in the browser so the lock-screen flow can be tested.
